Castle Composites Limited.
The company was formed in 1998 with the initial purpose of manufacturing GRC Promenade Tiles. Other products have been introduced into the range since then but Promenade Tiles remain the single most important product to the company. Continuous development of the product has seen the introduction of many new colours as well as the new Riven range which has proved very popular, particularly in domestic applications where the natural appearance and colour range have been well received. With over a million tiles manufactured since inception the company has established itself as a quality manufacturer which is fully demonstrated with the award in 2001 of Quality Assurance Registration under BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
David Sneddon – Managing Director.
David formed the company in 1998 and has been working in a very “hands on” manner since. With over 30 years experience in manufacture of Concrete Products he has come across most of the problems likely to be encountered and this together with the experience and hard work of the other members of the Team has ensured the company’s success.
Brian Anderson – Production Manager.
Having worked with David in previous employment it was almost natural that they would work together again with the formation of Castle Composites Limited and Brian has been with the company since the start. His vast experience of production and operations has proved vital in establishing and fine tuning the production process, although he always feels that there are still further improvements to be made.
Norman Roberts – Administration Manager.
With over 30 years experience in work-study, administration and computer systems, Norman is the ideal person to ensure that the administration of orders, stock and general record keeping is always up to date. The fact that he has also worked with David and Brian for many years means that they can all work as a team without any difficulty, something you will notice when you call us for information, to place an order or to request samples.
