GRC Promenade Tiles & Promenade Slabs
The "Castile" Tiles & Slabs are produced from a blend of Silica Sand, High Strength Granite, Top Quality Cement, Glass Fibre and product enhancing additives. This attention to the mix constituents ensures, through a regime of regular internal and external testing, that the tiles delivered to you are strong and durable and can be used in pedestrian areas with complete confidence.
Promenade Tiles have traditionally been used in the roofing industry to great effect where attractive, weatherproof and durable surfaces are required. "Castile" Tiles come in an extensive range of textures and colours allowing a wide variety of effects to be achieved to enhance flat roofs, balconies, walkways, terraces and other level areas requiring hard wearing, but pleasantly finished surfaces.
Promenade Tiles are laid using our P.U. Adhesive which is specially formulated to adhere Castile Promenade Tiles to bituminous felt roofs, sanded asphalt and almost all other surfaces. The adhesive is available in 1 litre bottles and is easily applied using the integral nozzle.
Promenade Slabs can be laid using our range of paving support pads to prevent the slab from coming into contact with the roof surface. The pads come in a range of sizes and this system has many benefits when working with sufaces that are particularly uneven, have standing water or need access below the paving for drainage, pipes or cables etc.
